Rights to Post Content

Through our Service, you have the ability to post Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Content you post is legal, reliable, and appropriate.

By posting Content on the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content within the Service. You retain all rights to your Content, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. Content Restrictions

We are not responsible for the Content posted by users. You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities and actions that occur under your account, whether performed by you or by third parties using your account.

You may not post Content that is illegal, offensive, inappropriate, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene. Examples of prohibited Content include, but are not limited to:

• Content that promotes or encourages illegal activities.
• Defamatory or discriminatory Content targeting specific groups based on religion, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender, nationality/ethnicity, or other characteristics.
• Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, chain letters, spam, or content related to lotteries or gambling.
• Content that contains or installs viruses, worms, malware, trojans, or other harmful code intended to disrupt, damage, or restrict the functionality of software, hardware, or communications equipment, or to gain unauthorized access to third-party data or information.
• Actions that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any party, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
• Impersonation of the Company, its employees, or its representatives.
• Violations of third parties’ privacy rights.
• Provision of false or misleading information or functionality.

Content Backup

Although we perform regular backups of Content, we do not guarantee that data loss or damage will be prevented.

Corrupted or invalid backup points may arise due to issues with Content before or during the backup process.

We will attempt to address and resolve any issues related to Content backups that are known or discovered. However, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any failure to maintain the integrity of your Content or for any unsuccessful restoration of Content.

Club Use

A Club is a community that differs from an open forum in that you can either create your own Club or join an existing one and participate in its activities. When you join a Club, please follow its rules and respect other members to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

• Joining/Leaving a Club and General Use

  Anyone who meets the criteria set by the Club Master is eligible to apply to join a Club.

  Each Club has its own goals, categories, operating principles, and unique atmosphere. Before joining, carefully review the Club’s profile, announcements, and other relevant details to make an informed decision.

  If you leave a Club and later choose to rejoin, your previous status will be reset, and you will need to start from the beginning to achieve your former level. Additionally, posts and comments you made before leaving the Club will not be automatically deleted, so please consider your decision to leave carefully.

• Ownership of Posts

  You have the option to either retain ownership of your posts or transfer it to the Club.

  Even if you retain ownership, you agree that the Club Master has full authority to delete, move, or otherwise manage your posts if they are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the Club’s purpose.

Club Management

A Club is a community where members can engage in activities after joining. The Club Master plays a pivotal role with the authority to manage all Club functions and is responsible for guiding the Club’s members.

• Creating a Club

  Establishing a Club involves fostering a community around shared interests and information. It is beneficial to plan the Club's objectives and operational guidelines in advance, including what interests will be addressed and how the Club will be run.

  As a Club Master, you bear significant responsibilities and obligations. Ensure you understand and adhere to the Club’s operational principles to maintain smooth functioning.

• Managing a Club

  You are responsible for overseeing any posts or materials within the Club that violate the established guidelines. For public Clubs, which are accessible to a diverse audience, manage content with sensitivity to various age groups and nationalities. Depending on the Club’s theme, you might need to set membership restrictions. In such cases, configure age or regional restrictions or use the approval feature to control membership.

  All posts, materials, and information in the Club should be valuable to all members. If you wish to use any posts, materials, or information obtained from the Club for commercial purposes (even if initially for non-commercial use) or provide them to third parties, you must obtain prior permission from the copyright holder. Be aware that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in restrictions on your use of the Service in accordance with relevant regulations.

Club NFT Issuance and Wallet Integration

You can easily issue NFTs within a chat channel and transfer NFTs and coins to other users.

Integration with wallets such as Creta Wallet and MetaMask is straightforward.

You agree that the Company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of features provided through external APKs, including MetaMask, within the Service.

Copyright Policy

• Intellectual Property Infringement

  We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. It is our policy to address claims of infringement concerning content posted on our service that allegedly violates the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

Supplementary Provisions

Matters not explicitly addressed in these Terms of Service shall be governed by the CRETA Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between the Creta Terms of Use and these Terms of Service, these Terms of Service shall prevail.
